You may also cook your regular food in iron utensils. This will allow your normal food to acquire some iron. Vitamin C rich food is also crucial for your body as it is a catalyst for iron absorption. For this, you can have a bit of lemon juice every day during lunch.

For the healthy functioning of our body, a sufficient amount of minerals and vitamins is needed. Iron is a very important element for our immunity. You should never ignore the signs your body shows when it’s deficient in iron.
